Some of the most meaningful memories with our grandchildren don’t come from expensive vacations or elaborate outings.

You will receive a link to order your larvae and it takes approximately two weeks for them to arrive. .The larvae comes in the cup that is pictured with its food, you do not open it until about three days after the larvae form the chrysalis in order to transfer them to the butterfly enclosure that comes in the kit. Once you transfer the chrysalis, butterflies will emerge in approximately ten days.
My grandson is three years old and he was very involved in every aspect of the process. he enjoyed it so much that he asked me to order more so we could do it again, and of course I did.
I supplemented the process with several art activities, going to the library to look for books on caterpillars, watching mini clips on YouTube about the process that were geared towards children and visiting Butterfly World which is a park we have in the area that has a huge butterfly area to walk through.
